To be eligible to participate in the promotion, shoppers must make a qualifying purchase of any participating Anmum SKU in a single transaction during the promo period.

To participate in the promo, you need to purchase one (1) 375g Anmum Materna in any flavor (Chocolate, Plain or Mocha Latte), (1) 800g Anmum Materna in any flavor (Chocolate or Plain) or one (1) Anmum Materna Lite Choco 260g. Please note that we will hold a 1 receipt, 1 redemption policy.

You can purchase Anmum with this promotion in Supermarkets and Drugstores nationwide during the promo period. Note that not all stores might have promo stickers due to merchandiser coverage limitation. However, all stores with merchandiser coverage are expected to have the stickered packs.

The promotion will run from March 1, 2024 – June 30, 2024

The redemption period will run from March 1, 2024 – July 31, 2024

Yes, after you’ve purchased any participating Anmum product and have registered successfully, you will need to take a photo of your receipt and upload it in the microsite where you registered. It is also advisable to retain your physical receipt or a photo of your receipt as proof of purchase, from start to the end of redemption period for future verification purposes.

Yes, once you’ve successfully uploaded your receipt, our customer service team will review the official receipt within 2 business days. If you have not received any email/SMS from us. You may reach out to our customer service team.

Once our customer service team validates your receipt, you will be receiving an SMS/email confirming your entry. If your entry is successful, you will receive the rewards redemption link to visit and login, and redeem your reward(s). If your entry is unsuccessful, you will be notified via SMS/email stating the reasons why your claim was deemed unsuccessful.

If your entry is unsuccessful, it could mean a few things. In order for your entry to be successful, the below applies.

  • Legible text – all text on the receipt must be clearly legible
  • Date of purchase – must be between 12.01am 01/03/2024 to 11.59pm 30/06/2024
  • Products – must be participating Anmum Materna products
  • Invoice number – Each receipt can only be used once
  • Shopee/ Lazada – if you have purchased your Anmum product from Shopee/ Lazada, you will have to submit your receipt shown after check-out.

Please take a screenshot of your Order Details, after check-out and submit via the registration page. Please refer to the examples below for your reference.

Depending on the reward you select, some rewards can be claimed physically in our partner stores, while some have online redemption vouchers. You as the customer will receive your reward and redemption details via SMS/email.

Yes, you may enter and submit your entry more than once. However, each entry is limited to one receipt, one redemption only.

No, rewards cannot be exchanged for other rewards once you have received your reward voucher or coupon code and link to the redemption details. Rewards cannot be transferred, shared, or assigned to a different party in any other manner and/ or sale or resale. If a prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the promoter or TLC reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal value and/or specification.

Shoppers who bought a non-stickered pack during the promo period may still claim their rewards once they register and upload a valid proof of purchase online.

Shoppers may visit the official page of Anmum or check the website www.AlagangAnmumRewards.com where they can register and upload their receipts.

We have a dedicated customer service team during this promotional period. Our response time will be dependent on the volume of queries we are getting but normally it takes 1-2 business days.
