TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Promoter of Alagang Anmum Campaign 2024 (the “Promotion“) is Fonterra Philippines, Inc., (PBN: ASO95-10375) a corporation duly organized and existing under Philippine law, with principal office at 24th Floor Ore Central Building, 9th Ave corner 31st Street BGC Taguig‌, referred to herein as ‘Fonterra’ (“Promoter“).

2. The Promotion is administered by TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a company duly organized and existing under the laws of Singapore (UEN: 201923399W) 1 HarbourFront Ave, Keppel Bay Tower, #05-02 Singapore 098632 (“TLC”). All correspondence regarding this Promotion should be directed to this address or through the Promotional Helpline.

3. Instructions on how to enter and mechanics of prize redemption form part of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

An Entrant must meet all of the following conditions of entry (“Entrant”):

5. This Promotion is only open to all Philippine residents aged 18 years and over at the time of entry. Any entrant below the age of 18 years will not be eligible to participate in this promotion.

6. This Promotion is only open to all Philippine residents at the time of entry, who remain residents for the duration of the Promotion Period, as defined in Section 7 hereof. Directors, officers, management, and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and TLC, its related bodies corporate or franchisees, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this Promotion or who have influence over the allocation of rewards are ineligible to participate in this Promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

KEY DATES

7. The Promotion starts at 12.01am (Philippine time) on 01/03/2024 and ends at 11:59pm (Philippine time) on 30/06/2024 (“Promotional Period”). Promotion period is defined as the period when the entrant can purchase the promoted pack online or in the stores.

8. The Redemption period opens 12.01am (local time) on 01/03/2024 and ends at 11:59pm (local time) on 31/07/2024 (“Redemption Period”). Redemption period is defined as the period when the entrant submits their entry to selecting and activating their rewards voucher.

9. Each rewards partner has their own activation period defined in Schedule 1 of this document. Activation period is defined as the period when the entrant can claim and activate their vouchers with the rewards partners upon fulfilment of clause 13.

HOW TO ENTER

10. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, make a qualifying purchase of Anmum Materna in a single transaction (“Qualifying Purchases”).

i. Any participating products of Anmum Materna:
- Any one flavour from Anmum Materna 180g (Plain/Choco)
- Any one flavour from Anmum Materna 375g (Plain/Choco/Mocha Latta)
- Any one flavour from Anmum Materna 800g (Plain/Choco)
- One flavour from Anmum Materna Lite 260g (Choco)
ii. Upon making a qualifying purchase during the Promotional Period at any participating channels in Philippines. Entrants are to scan the generic QR code located inside the pack, to access the promotional website www.alaganganmumrewards.com (“Promotional Website”), where they will enter their First and Last Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, Upload Receipt, and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of the Promotion. Entrants will then select one (1) preferred reward. The submitted entry will be processed at a minimum of two (2) business days, following their participation via the promotional website. Entrants will receive an update on their reward status with the reward voucher(s) and redemption detail(s) via SMS and email address, provided at claim stage.

11. For the avoidance of doubt, one (1) eligible receipt / qualifying purchase is equal to one entry only regardless of the number of Eligible Products purchased shown in that receipt in a single transaction, in all participating channels. Participants will receive a receipt from the product purchased and he/she must register to win the prize.

12. Each Eligible Product may not be always available for sale in all participating channels during the Promotional Period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any Eligible Product(s) being unavailable during the Promotional Period.

13. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:

Only one (1) unique purchase and one (1) participation receipt per entry is permitted.
Each claim must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements of these Terms and Conditions.
The same purchase receipt cannot be used to register more than once.

14. The QR Code (scan and go direct to the promotional website) will be presented in the promotional packaging and will be distributed by the Promoter to the purchase channels pertaining to clause 9 (i and ii). TLC accepts no responsibility for the attaching QR code being unavailable or misplaced within the promotional packaging during the Promotional Period.

15. Participation to the promotion is available online only, and therefore access to the internet is required to participate in this Promotion. Any cost associated with accessing the Promotional Website is the Entrant’s sole responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used by the Entrant.

16. Entries must be received during the Redemption Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter. The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communication networks, including but not limited to email blockage or incoming call rejections. If you enter using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/ addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified.

17. The Entrant must keep their participation receipt at the time of entry and until the prize is finalized. The Promoter or TLC, in its sole discretion, may at any time after a claim or an entry has been submitted, require the original participation receipt to be produced for verification before awarding any prize.

HOW TO REDEEM A PRIZE

18. The Prizes available for entrants to choose is one (1) reward out of three (3) categories: Wellness, Retail and Dining for selection to entrants who participated in the promotion. The quantity of each prize is limited, and selection is subject to the availability of the prize.

19. Entrants who perform the steps outlined in clause 10 will be able to participate and redeem a prize:

If the participation receipt is valid, the Entrant will receive confirmation via SMS and Email with their reward code(s) and redemption detail(s) and instructions on how to redeem their prize voucher(s).
If the participation receipt is invalid, the Entrant will be notified upon validation of receipt at the minimum of two (2) business days.
There shall be no duplication of participation receipt. The same participation receipt cannot be used more than once.

20. The prize vouchers are electronic and must be claimed online pertaining to the terms and conditions of the rewards partner. The prize vouchers will not be distributed to any participating purchase channels for claim. The Entrant is required to use their prize vouchers following the instructions sent via SMS and Email only. Rewards partners terms and conditions apply.

21. All Prizes are subject to the Terms & Conditions detailed in Schedule 1.

OTHER GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

22. The Promoter reserves the right to change conditions without prior notice.

23. The Promoter (including its directors, officers, employees and agents), TLC, its respective agents, promotional partners and distributors are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged prizes, and to the extent permitted by law do not make any contractual promise or representation regarding the quality and/or availability of the prizes offered and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage.

24. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If a prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter or TLC reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written approval from the relevant regulatory authorities. All Promotion advertisements depicting prizes, prize descriptions and/or trademark references are illustrative rather than definitive and do not imply any association with the Promoter.

25. Without limiting any other terms of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified or will be forfeited with no replacement. The prize values are correct as of the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable tax. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value.

26. In the event the Promotion is unable to proceed as set out in these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter or TLC reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions, subject to any written approval from the relevant regulatory authorities.

27. The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from an Entrant winning a prize. Entrants should seek independent financial advice.

28. The Promotional Website may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”), including websites of Promotional Partners (“Promotional Partner Websites”). The Promoter is not responsible for the content of any Linked Sites, whether the Promoter is affiliated with the Linked Sites. The Promoter does not in any way endorse any Linked Sites and is not responsible for the quality or delivery of any products or services offered, accessed or advertised by such Linked Sites. To the extent that these Linked Sites collect personal information or postings from Entrants, the Promoter shall bear no responsibility or liability for the manner in which such information or postings are used or exploited. The Linked Sites are for Entrants’ convenience only, and Entrants agree to access them at their own risk.

29. The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible, or incorrectly submitted.

30. Any additional or ancillary costs associated with redeeming a Prize are not included. Those costs are the responsibility of the Entrant who redeems the Prize. Costs associated with redeeming the Prize may include, but are not limited to, the Entrant’s transport to and from a participating purchase channel.

31. Entrants must not:

tamper with the entry or participation process.
engage in any conduct that may jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner.
do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion.
breach any law; or
behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.

32. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its directors, officers, employees and agents), TLC and the Promotional Partners (including their respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including for negligence) for any personal injury, death or harm suffered by the Entrant or other person who redeems the Prize (and the Entrant or such person releases Promoter and TLC from any such liability) or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:

any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s or TLC’s or Promotional Partners’ control);
any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference.
any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter or TLC or Promotional Partners) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or TLC or Promotional Partners.
any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions.
any tax liability incurred by an Entrant or claimant; or
the use and/or taking of a prize.

33. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason, including by outside act, agent or event that is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or TLC, including but not limited to technical difficulties, epidemic, pandemic, government directive, public health orders and the like, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter or TLC reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to any direction by a relevant regulatory authority:

to disqualify any Entrant; or
to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate

34. Participation in the Promotion is conditional on an Entrant providing TLC with Personal Information (PI) necessary to conduct this Promotion. TLC will use and handle PI as set out in the Fonterra Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.fonterra.com/sea/en/privacy-statement.html. If any dispute arises between an Entrant and the Promoter or TLC concerning the conduct of this promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter and TLC will take reasonable steps to consider the Entrant’s point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence they put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter and TLC decisions in respect of the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

35. No compensation will be payable to any person if a winner is unable to participate in the time and manner set out in these Terms and Conditions for whatever reason.

36. 37. Calls to the Promotional Helpline from public telephones or mobiles may incur an additional charge. Calls may be recorded for the purposes of security and/or training purposes.

38. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Entrants provide information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform. Entrants completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability.
